This list is not exhaustive, but does cover the best supplements we feel you can take on a regular basis.
The list does not include some of the best herbs because (1) I want to do that in a separate show and (2) it’s sometimes better to take herbs on a rotational basis to give your body a break from some of them.

Hey, I am freaking out on the B12. I ordered it from The Hippocrates Institute and I just read the label stating it is cyanocobalamin. What is the difference and is this safe to take?

I swear by vitamin C! Not sure of others, maybe b vitamins too. I really can tell with vit C though. Especially healing times are shorter, less bruising, etc.
