Krill oil has very low EPA and DHA level. Is it a good idea to take both Krill oil and fish oil?

Doc, I wanted to ask you what you think about Gall Bladder removal because my wife had it removed and I know a bunch of people who has done this too. After your Gall Bladder is out you don’t process fats anymore or process them in a different way. What is your view on this being done to people as a way to cure their gall stones or pains they might be having.

Dr. Mercola,
What would you recommend as the best overall supplement?
I am particularly interested in superfoods because I believe God can do a better job creating a multivitamin compared to what we could come up with.
I have read about spirulina and chlorella and they seem like they would be worth while. However some critics would say the clams on the internet regarding these superfoods are inflated.
Thank you for you help.
