I recently began taking krill oil with astaxanthin based on your recommendation. I am a raw vegan and those are the only animal products I consume.
I thought since I don’t have a gall bladder, that it would be hard to digest, but I don’t seem to have a problem with it.
I also started giving it (and niacin) to my son who is clinically depressed. He is responding very well.
Where did people used to get GLA? Can you get it from whole, raw foods?

Thanks for the video Dr. Mercola. I guess it’s time to do some more reading for myself. I’ll definitely look into your suggestions.
